What is “My AdTraker”?
My AdTraker enables you to track inbound telephone responses from traditional and online media. It gives you real-time web based reporting that puts you in control of your day to day sales.
My AdTraker is aimed at companies who use direct response as a key enquiry generator, and can be successfully used in any form of advertising media, PR or literature to track and manage the calls they receive.
My AdTraker shows – in real-time – the number of calls generated by each different advert, when they occurred, how long the calls lasted, the number of the caller, and most importantly how much each call cost in advertising spend.

Using My AdTraker is simplicity itself. You will be allocated a set of telephone numbers to suit your requirements (STD, local dial codes and or 08 numbers are available and you choose the amount of numbers you require).
They are all routed to your existing telephone lines, so no more hardware or telephones are required. All calls are charged at the normal rate to the caller.
You allocate a different number for each of the marketing streams you want to measure, and log in to the web based reporting system to see how your adverts are performing in real time.
You will be automatically notified immediately by email if ever you miss a call or the caller gets the engaged tone…these emails include the caller’s phone number allowing you to immediately get back to them and save a lost enquiry.
The system allows for multiple ads, multiple uses of the same media, it includes full archived history so you can see how your advertising response changes during the year, you can then conduct specific tests to measure:

We guarantee your lines and system will be functioning within 7 working days from receipt of your application (and often sooner than this!)
Can I transfer my existing phone numbers?
Unfortunately we can’t integrate your existing STD numbers into My AdTraker – we can however integrate your existing 08 ranges.
Can I use the 08 number ranges such as 0800, 0845, 0843, etc
